Okay, change of plans due to weather. I got home and it has been pouring ever since. I did Jilian's 30 day shred instead. That thing kicks my butt EVERY time and I was only doing level 1. I have 30 days until I go on a cruise...hmmm. I may decide to do 30 day shred since I have zero excuses to not do it since I do it in my house.
I'll have to think about it all. Either way, i'm happy to be moving and staying healthy. I really want to reach my goal of losing 40 pounds this year by Dec. 31st. I can DO it!!

Hello again!
Wow, it's been almost 5 months since I last posted! Weight loss wagon slowed down a bit but i'm still down 34 pounds total since 1/3/09 so at the present moment I haven't gained any weight!
Now i'm going in to the hardest part of the year where I typically gain weight because I become lazy and eat everything in sight! Not this year! I've learned so many great things about foods and what's good for my body and how to actually feed my body what it needs rather than just eat foods.
I've been inspired by a friend to start the C25k program. I've been running a little as part of my exercise routine but this "system" is supposed to help you be able to run 3 miles (a 5k) in a span of 9 weeks by running at intervals 3 times a week. The plan is to go home tonight and download the podcast to my ipod and start my journey. I'm pretty excited and my plan is to blog by successes and difficulties during the journey! I have never been a runner by nature but when I do run I feel empowered and just better about myself and life.
Wish me luck!!
