I can do 15 push ups in a row now! 15! When I started the 30 day shred I couldn't even do 1 full push up! After 15, my arms give out. I'm hoping to make it to 16 when I do the video tonight. We shall see!
It still kicks my butt every time. I should probably do it every day instead of rotating it in with my other work outs but i don't want to let my body get used to one thing. Pretty soon i'll move on to level 2 and that kind of terrifies me! I hope I can handle it!
