Goals

-This week I will work out 4 times, doing either a 4 mile walk with weights (video) or 2 miles and the 30 day shred video.

-I will stick to my daily menu and not veer off track

-I will work hard to lose at least 1 lb. so that I can hit my 20 lbs. this weekend! I'ld love to lose more!

-I'll enjoy life, love, and friends along the way

-I will focus on keeping the house clean

-I'll see the positive even when it feels as if the negative is staring at me!
