Tuesday Shmoozday
So I bought a new "walking video" this weekend and I love it even more than my first one. It's also by Leslie Sansone and it's called 4 Mile Slim Walk or something like that. Basically it's interval training. You walk for 3 minutes and jog for 2 over and over until you're sweating so much you can hardly see because the salty sweat is dripping in your eyes. LOVE it! I'm hoping it will help boost my weight loss too! We shall see.
