Well I made up every excuse I could think of to not go to weigh in this morning. I had to go in to work today so I was going to go to the 8 am meeting but around 7:30, I decided I didn't want to go. So I thought, okay, I won't go this week because I know I wasn't as careful as I have been and even though every day except for 1 I was on plan, I only got to exercise 3 times this week. I decided I needed to go because next week I KNOW i won't get to go because I'll be doing the Susan G Komen race with my sister (yay!!) If I didn't go this week, I wouldn't be weighed in until 4/18 and that seems like forever from now!
So I got up around 8:30 and went ahead and got ready for work and went to the 10 am meeting. I didn't get to stay for the meeting but I did weigh in and I had lost .6 pounds! That gives me a total of 17.2 lbs lost so far! I really want to hit 20 pounds by my last weigh in, in April and that will be April 25th. I've got 2.8 pounds to go to hit that and I definitely think I will!
More and more I realize this is a lifestyle and not a diet. I'll be honest, i don't even feel like i'm on a diet at this point because I've changed the way I eat, the frequency of when I eat, and how I eat and have been doing it for 14 weeks now that it's become a habit.
I had a difficult time this week because I just haven't been hungry. I refuse to eat high point/high calorie foods just because I'm not hungry because I know those foods are filled with the nutrients I need. I just sucked it up and ate my baby carrots and grapes even when I wasn't really hungry just so I could be sure to get in all my veggies/fruits for the day.

Wow, we're still right on track with each other's stats! I just weighed in and I've lost 18 lbs, and I also want to have lost 20 by the end of April. Way to go! We can do it!
