I'm not gonna lie, i didn't want to get up this morning and work out. It's incredibly too cold in Texas and I wanted to stay snuggled in my bed, BUT i stayed committed and got in 2 miles of Leslie Sansone with weights. And I felt really good afterwards. It's amazing how much faster I can get ready for work too in the morning when I'm already awake before I get in the shower! :)
Todays meal plan is very similar to yesterdays, in fact the only thing different is dinner. Breakfast, lunch, and snacks are the same but I will need to change that up tomorrow so that I don't become bored.
Dinner is:
1 cup of whole wheat spaghetti
4 oz of 97% fat free ground turkey
cut up bell peppers, onions, and mushrooms
diced tomatoes
All this is mixed together in a skillet (after the noodles are cooked) for yummy goodness. I'll be having a salad with this meal consisting of baby spinach, grape tomatoes, diced onions, and 1/4 cup of ff cheese and 2 tsp of light ranch.

All of the veggies are no points
The only other points are the 1/4 cup of ff cheese in my salad (1 pt) and the light ranch dressing (2 tsp=2) I normally wouldn't splurge on the light dressing and just use something ff but i had the extra points today so I figured i would give myself a little taste ;)
All in all it's a 9 pt. dinner with mostly filling foods! I use a non stick pan and will use salt and pepper to cook the meat but don't use any oils or Pam to cook it.
It's delicious!!
